Project Overview
HR Management CMS is an internal productivity tool designed to modernize the workflows of the Human Resources department. This system unifies administrative processes from biometric/GPS-based attendance, leave approval workflows, tracking annual employee KPI metrics, to automated monthly payroll calculations containing PPh 21 income tax deductions and BPJS insurance. With an integrated applicant tracking system, HR can also systematically monitor candidate interviews.
